Notice in appliance:
1. When PTC is used in very low ambient temperature, it have to be
special designed.
2. PTC heater do not be damaged without air blowing, but the power
is very low.
3. The power could be adjusted by air blowing speed; or it could be
adjusted by voltage; or changing the number of heaters.
